Everything Student is a free, all-in-one toolkit for students — a growing catalog of academic calculators, printable templates, and practical guides, plus a full planner/classes/study workspace for keeping track of the everyday work of being a student.

Who Built This

Everything Student is built and maintained by one person, not a company or a content mill. It grew out of a sibling site, The Everything Calculator, once it became clear that students specifically needed more than isolated calculators — a real place to track classes and assignments, study for a test, and find a tool for whatever came up, all without being asked to sign up for anything first.

No Account Required

Every tool, template, and guide on this site works immediately, with no account or sign-up required. The planner, classes, to-do list, and study decks work the same way in guest mode — everything you add is saved in your own browser's local storage. An optional account adds cross-device sync for that same data (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's stored where).

A Connected Workspace

Beyond individual tools, Everything Student ties your classes, assignments, exams, and activities into one Planner so you can see everything on a single calendar instead of juggling separate apps. The Study System turns your own notes into flashcards and quizzes, tracking your mastery over time rather than just letting you re-read the same material. Creating a free account syncs this workspace across your devices, so it's there whether you're on your phone or a school computer.
