Using This Site
Every tool, template, guide, and workspace feature on this site is free to use, with no account required. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's operation, including automated scraping at a volume that degrades the service for other visitors
- Attempt to bypass any technical measure on the site
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data
- Use the site in a way that negatively affects other users
No Professional or Academic Advice
The tools, templates, and study features on this site are aids, not guarantees — a grade calculator, a study deck's mastery tracking, or a printable template is meant to help you organize and estimate, never to replace your own course syllabus, your instructor's own requirements, or professional academic advising. Always verify anything that actually affects a grade, deadline, or requirement against your school's own official source.
No Warranty
This site's tools are built and tested carefully, but are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous operation, that any tool's result is error-free, or that the site is compatible with every browser or device.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Everything Student is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on a tool's results — including a missed deadline, an incorrect grade estimate, or any other decision made based on this site's output.
Site Content and Intellectual Property
The text, tool logic, templates, guides, design, and branding on this site are owned by Everything Student and protected by copyright. You may link to any page on this site freely, and you may print or save a tool's results, or a template, for your own personal or academic use. You may not copy substantial portions of this site's content, reproduce tool logic, create derivative versions, mirror the site, or republish content elsewhere without prior written permission.
Your Own Data
Any data you add through the Dashboard/Planner — classes, assignments, decks, notes, and the like — stays in your own browser in guest mode, or syncs to your account if you create one (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for exporting or backing up guest-mode data you don't want to risk losing (for example, before clearing your browser's site data); this site has no way to recover data that only ever lived in your own browser and was never synced to an account.
Your Account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; doing so removes the data synced to it, per the Privacy Policy.
Tips
Tips are voluntary gifts to a small, independent site. They aren't charitable donations and aren't tax-deductible, and the site stays free whether or not you tip. If you tipped by mistake, contact us and we'll refund it.
Third-Party Links and Ads
This site may display ad placeholders on tool, template, and guide pages, and may in the future connect a real ad network. Third-party websites and advertisements are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Everything Student is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of any third-party site linked from an ad or elsewhere on this site.
Access and Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to this site for anyone who violates these Terms or attempts to abuse the service.
