Theme
Time-of-day looks, dark mode and light mode
Time of Day Windows
Customize when each theme applies while "Dynamic" is selected (the time-of-day picker next to the theme toggle). Reorder or disable themes, and set when each one ends — the next enabled theme always starts exactly where the previous one ends, so there's never a gap or overlap to worry about.
When "Dynamic" is selected and your device is in dark mode, daytime themes switch to the next gray or dark theme in your cycle.
Match Light/Dark
When "Match Light/Dark" is selected in the time-of-day picker, the site follows your device's own light/dark setting automatically, switching between the two themes below.

Dashboard
Your widgets and the quick jump button
Dashboard Widgets
Customize which widgets appear on your Home dashboard and how they're arranged. Your computer and phone each have their own layout.
On your phone, the dashboard has a quick navigation button: a thin strip along the edge of the screen, just above the bottom bar. Press and hold it to jump straight to any widget. Choose which edge it sits on.
Navigation
Order and labels for the sidebar and bottom bar
Sidebar Button Order
Reorder the desktop sidebar's own nav items.
Puts a solid box behind every sidebar button and shows the page you're on as a bright box, so the buttons are easier to read over the background.
Navigation Bar Order
Reorder, show, or hide the mobile bottom bar's own nav items. Classes and Planner are always shown, and Home is pinned to the bar's edge.
Hidden
Hidden items are still reachable elsewhere in the app — tap Show to add one back to the bar.
Home always stays in view on the mobile bottom bar while the rest of the buttons scroll. Choose which end of the bar it's pinned to.
Show only the icons in the mobile bottom bar, for a slimmer bar with more room for buttons.
Planner & Study
Calendar
Week start, work week and your default view
The first day of the week in the Planner, the calendars, and the day pickers.
Hide Saturday and Sunday from the Planner's week view.
The view the Planner opens in the first time. After that, it remembers the last view you used.
To Do
What happens to to-dos once you check them off
How long a checked-off to-do stays in your list before it's cleared away.
When a checked-off to-do is cleared away, keep it in your Archive instead of deleting it for good.
