What’s on the Page
Evenly spaced five-line staves across the full width of the page, each closed with a barline at both ends. The staves are spread down the real page height, so none is ever cut off, and the summary tells you how many can fit at your spacing.
How to Customize It
- Staves per page: 1 to 16. Fewer staves leave more room above and below for high and low notes.
- Staff line spacing: the gap between the five lines, from 2 mm to 8 mm. About 2 to 2.5 mm matches printed scores; 3 mm or more is easier for beginners and young students.
- Line shade: staves start at Medium, since staff lines are usually darker than notebook lines.
- Page setup: paper size, orientation and a printer-safe margin.
Printing Tips
- If you ask for more staves than fit, the page tells you the most it can hold at that spacing.
- Print at 100% so the staff size stays what you chose.
- Landscape with fewer staves works well for piano exercises and wide measures.
